Originally built as apartments in
the late 70's Harbour Cove was proud to offer amenities like a
tennis court, swimming pool, beach volleyball court and lake access.
In 1996 an investor purchased the apartments and repurposed them as
condominiums. Since 1996 the board with cooperation and efforts from the co owners
have maintained the existing amenities and has continued to build upon them
making Harbour Cove on of the premiere condo associations residing on Ford
Lake.
Historical Heritage Trivia
Ypsilanti began as Woodruff's
Grove in 1823 and was renamed in 1825 for Demetrius Ypsilanti, hero of the
Greek War for Independence. Ypsilanti was the second incorporated
village in the State of Michigan (http://ypsilanti.org/events.html). |
